In 2013, I moved into real estate.
I bought houses. I fixed them. I sold them.
Flipping taught me what no drawing ever could. The cheapest fix was never the cheapest. Every corner someone cut before me, I paid for later.
I saw what added real value and what just looked good on the surface. I learned what a house hides behind its walls. And I learned it with my own money on the line.
In 2021, I started RRR Remodeling.
The idea was simple. Bring an engineer’s planning and a flipper’s eye for value to other people’s homes. Treat every project the way I treated the houses I owned. Because for the family living there, it matters even more.
Since then, we have completed remodels across Snohomish and King Counties.
